On the 4th, I had an absolute emergency: Type 1 diabetes, and I couldn't inject because I had forgotten my needle. A very friendly staff member helped me out of the emergency without any complications. I received a package of 5 needles, completely free of charge.

Always friendly staff/owners. Everything is explained clearly, and potential drug interactions are pointed out. If something isn't in stock, it's quickly obtained, or other pharmacies that might still have it are recommended.
